Muscle test to solve the puzzle

Finding the solution with muscle testing

To me muscle testing is a philosophy of life.  A philosophy of finding the truth in the way that David R. Hawkins, MD, Ph.D talks about in his many books. This morning I was reading a new work book lesson form “A Course In Miracles” and I though that this quote was very applicable to muscle testing.

“A problem cannot be solved if you do not know what it is. Even if it is really solved already you will still have the problem, because you will not recognize that it has been solved. This is the situation of the world. The problem of separation, which is really the only problem, has already been solved. Yet the solution is not recognized because the problem is not recognized.” ~ A Course In Miracles lesson 79

In my everyday life and in my practice as an alternative medicine doctor I use muscle testing to see what the cause of a problem is.

The carpal tunnel of the wrist

In a clinical matter let’s take carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) for example. Most believe that it is a problem with the wrist, which may at times have partial truth. But through muscle testing, applied kinesiology doctors see a much deeper picture.

It may be a structural problem that originates in the elbow, shoulder, neck or jaw. It may be an inflammation problem stemming from the digestion or from adrenal glands that are not working properly. In an energetic sense it can be a problem coming from the stomach meridian or third chakra which can be related to emotional or spiritual matters.

Muscle testing helps you to solve problems

There are many pieces to the puzzle of any problem in life and with muscle testing you are able to go past your mental programming of what it may be (in the CTS example this may be a need for a cortisone injection or surgery which is the conventional medical treatment. But this does not get to the source of the problem).

Muscle testing, if used properly, can help you get closer to the truth of why you have a problem. The mind will go in all different directions with ideas about what we need. These ideas can be from the ego, from what we are being told by our peers, or what is being advertised to us in the media or nightly news.

Muscle testing is our compass in the instances when we can’t see land. Or even when we see land and we think we know what we are looking at. Just like when Columbus thought the land he sited was India when in fact it was an uncharted continent now know as America.
